Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy for Bliss Naturae
 

At Bliss Naturae, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the highest quality ayurvedic products. If you are not completely satisfi ed with your purchase, our Return and Exchange Policy is here to assist you.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  1. Timeframe:

    • Customers must request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Condition of the Product:

    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Damaged or Incorrect Products:

    • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Process for Return/Exchange

  1. Initiate a Request:

    • Email us at blissnaturae@gmail.com or use the return/exchange request form on our website.

    • Include your order number, proof of purchase, a photo of the product, and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Approval and Instructions:

    • Once your request is reviewed and approved (within 1-2 business days), you will receive instructions for returning the product.

  3. Shipping the Product:

    • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our designated return address unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

    • Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligible Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are available for the same product or an item of equal or lesser value.

  2. Process:

    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the exchange product will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

    • Shipping costs for exchanges are free in cases of damaged or incorrect products. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Refund for Returned Products

  • If you do not wish to exchange the product, you can opt for a refund under the following terms:

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as a Bliss Naturae Gift Card.

    • Refunds will be issued after the returned product passes the inspection process.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made products, products purchased during clearance sales, and products without proof of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Request Timeframe:

    • Returns or exchanges requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
